Lincat to run Bon Jovi competition at Hotelympia 2008

11th January 2008, 3:30pm

To celebrate the unveiling of new additions to its heavy duty Opus 700 range of prime cooking equipment, Lincat will be running a themed competition for visitors to its stand no: N2131, at Hotelympia 2008.

Two lucky winners will each receive a pair of tickets to see Bon Jovi live at the Amsterdam Arena, in the Netherlands, on 13 June 2008, complete with return flights from the UK and two nights accommodation.

"Our comprehensive Opus 700 heavy duty range of prime cooking equipment is perfect for high pressure environments, and has proved itself capable of performing in the busiest of kitchens. It has for example undergone rigorous product trials, and been selected by national pub chains including Punch and Spirit for use throughout their estates", said Nick McDonald, Marketing & Export Director of Lincat Ltd.

He continued: "Nevertheless we believe that many people still associate Lincat with smaller equipment, which is hardly surprising since our Lynx 400 and Silverlink 600 ranges are market leaders. But our new product launches at Hotelympia 2008 and Bon Jovi competition are designed to encourage those on the look out for heavy duty equipment to take a second look at Opus 700."

Lincat's new Opus 700 electric filtration fryers are designed to save money by extending the life of cooking oil by up to 50%. Their two new Opus 700 atmospheric steamers, one gas and one electric, are robustly built six shelf units.

Each piece of Opus 700 equipment benefits from a comprehensive two-year warranty and this is backed up by a nationwide network of service engineers.

Lincat Ltd is part of the Lincat Group of companies. Sister companies IMC Ltd and Britannia Kitchen Ventilation Ltd operate in the commercial catering equipment sector. Lincat Group company Mercury Appliances Ltd designs and manufactures domestic cooking appliances.
