Invitations for Expressions of Interest for the Provision of: School Meals Provision in Lincolnshire

Lincolnshire County Council requires the provision of school meals operating from new kitchen facilities on primary school sites for 14 schools in Lincolnshire.

There will be 14 concession contracts for tender and these will have a phased start date commencing January 2011.

Lincolnshire County Council is particularly interested in building longer-term relationships with providers in this area. Despite the current economic down turn we expect a strong competitive response from this sector and our expectation is that we will have high quality applicants.

Organisations interested in this service will need to demonstrate through the tender evaluation process that they can deliver high quality services with demonstrable outcomes for children and young people.

Expressions of interest must be received by 8 June 2010 after which a Pre-Tender pack will be issued.

Interested providers will be invited to attend an information session on 22 June 2010 to hear about the service and its requirements in more detail.
