Northants Cricket has entered into a five-year partnership agreement with the Lindley Group in a joint initiative, which is expected to generate a turnover of £3.5 to £4 million.

Lindley will be working closely with the club to develop its conference and banqueting business as well as providing match day public and executive catering at the 5,000 capacity County Ground.

Paul Biffen, sales & marketing director at Lindley Group, said: "We're delighted that Northants Cricket has chosen to work with the Lindley Group to develop all aspects of the catering service at the County Ground. It's very much a partnership with both parties working towards the common goal of bringing an innovative and inspirational approach to delivering a high quality catering and events service."

Lindley Group also manages the catering at Northampton Saints RFU Franklin's Gardens ground and at Northampton Town FC's Sixfields Stadium.

In the cricketing world, Lindley also provides the catering services at Nottinghamshire CCC's Trent Bridge and Essex CCC's Ford County Ground.
