Lunch! Unveils initial exhibitor list

lunch!, the food to go trade show, has released an initial exhibitors list for its 2011 event.

With three months still to go, the organisers, Diversified Business Communications UK, say that the lunch! 2011 has just six main stands remaining across the two-floor show.

Chris Brazier, lunch!'s event manager, said: "With the show selling twice as fast as last year we actually sold out of all exhibition space in mid-June.  It's a testament to the continuing success and growing appeal of the show that I'm still getting so many calls from brilliant companies looking to exhibit on the last remaining stands."

There are over 70 new exhibitors at this year's show. These include Norweigan deli product supplier danora; bergams, part of Groupe Norac, manufacturers of French bakery products, snacks and crudités; Sabert Europe, specialist suppliers of upscale food/bakery presentation products; and Pidy, with its ready to fill gourmet pastry products from Belgium.
