Management changes at Sodexo

Sodexo has appointed Yann Coleou as chief executive for the UK and Ireland – with effect from 1 May.

Yann, who will be reporting to chief executive of Europe Philip Jansen, has more than 20 years experience with Sodexo and has successfully led Sodexo France for the past four years.

He also had responsibility for Sodexo's business in India for the last year and will continue to oversee the market when he takes over his new role.

Other changes are Mike Johnson, currently running the UK's Corporate Services division, who has been appointed group president for international events, reporting to Philip Jansen, and Andy Leach, who has been appointed executive director for Sodexo's Corporate Services, Land Technology and FM division.

Karl Martin has also moved from commercial director for the Sodexo UK and Ireland, to managing director for the Defence business.

Replacing Karl will be Michelle Hanson, who is currently managing director for Sodexo Education.
