

With over 35 years of baking experience, erlenbacher produces over 16 million cakes each year and uses only natural ingredients without any additional preservatives, hydrogenated fats and oils, artificial colouring and flavourings.
The UK range consists of a selection of cream & fruit gateaux and slices, tray bakes, traditional cakes, mini gugls and sweet moments cup desserts, including classics such as black forest gateau, tiramisu slices, premium apple pie and some more unusual flavours such as mandarin & cream cheese, mango and crème-fraîche and egg liquor.
The range also offers foodservice professionals a selection of premium frozen baked goods, conveniently pre-cut into single portions, allowing flexibility to only defrost the number of portions needed.
