New Pink Lady Apple recipes for kids

Annabel Karmel, a UK leading author on children’s food and nutrition, has launched a new recipe booklet showing youngsters how to incorporate Pink Lady apples into a range of dishes.

The booklet shows how versatile Pink Lady apples can be in every-day cookery. Among the new recipes is a quick how to make Caramelised Apple Pancake, Pork Steaks with Apple Compote, and Forest Fruit and Pink Lady apple ice lollies.

 

Karmel commented: "Inspired by Pink lady apples, I've developed these delicious new recipes with young apple fans in mind…Children love making their own food and some of these recipes are easy for them to make with limited supervision."
