New appointment at Compass Group UK & Ireland

Compass Group UK & Ireland has appointed Greg Mace as the managing director of Client Services, from Spring 2011.

Mace will be joining the business from Portico, the front of house management services provider of Westbury Street Holdings; also the parent company of BaxterStorey. At Portico, he has held the position of managing director for the past six years.

He will lead all customer and client-facing business services, and will report to Jason Leek, managing director - business & Iidustry, Compass Group UK & Ireland.

Leek commented: "Our goal is to build our client base while adding more first class services for our current clients. 

"This new appointment demonstrates how seriously we are taking our growth in support services and we are delighted to welcome Greg on board. I am confident his appointment will be a huge success and he will be a great addition to our team."
