New appointment at contract caterer Elior UK

Michael Audis, chief executive of Elior UK, is leaving the business after six years to pursue a new career direction.

Dominique Pélabon, managing director education, healthcare & seniors – France & International contract catering, commented on the announcement: "We are very grateful to Michael for his commitment and achievements within the business and wish him all the best in the next steps of his career."

Meanwhile Tim Hammond will be replacing Audis as chief executive officer of Elior UK at the beginning of January 2011.

Hammond has previously held positions in Whitbread, TGI Friday's and Barchester Healthcare.
