New business director joins Compass Group

Compass Group UK & Ireland has appointed Andy Webb as the new business director of its care offering, WhiteOaks.

Entering the newly formed role Webb will use his retail and commercial background to manage and retain catering, cleaning and other support services contracts with care homes. 

Webb commented on his new position: "This is a fantastic opportunity to join Compass, the market leader and a company that is enjoying growth.  I look forward to the challenges of the role and applying the commercial expertise I've gained over my career."

Webb joins Compass from LA Fitness, the second largest gym chain in the UK.  Most recently holding the role of commercial director at the head office in Doncaster, Webb was responsible for revenue, cost base, sales and marketing.

He will join the WhiteOaks team at the Compass Group UK & Ireland head office in Uxbridge.
