

Skinner has over 20 years experience in the food service industry and will use his gained knowledge to develop and implement campaigns to further promote the Flying Chef brand.
Skinner has previously worked as operations manager at Feng Sushi Ltd where he managed the re-launch of the brand and launch party at the Royal Festival Hall. While at Feng Sushi Lee oversaw six restaurants and created two original revenue streams.
In addition, Skinner has worked as operations director at Salade Retail Ltd where he opened and managed three new sites before assisting with the design and refurbishment of two other stores.
Lee Skinner, managing director of London's Flying Chef, said: "I am thrilled to join a catering company that has its ethos firmly embedded on customer satisfaction. I plan to enhance the company by making it a food leader and customer driven. I will be exploring social media platforms including Twitter, to engage with potential clients and existing customers."
