Drinks company First Drinks has appointed Una McCullough as marketing director with immediate effect.

McCullough initially joined First Drinks as interim marketing director in June. Prior to joining First Drinks, McCullough was responsible for regional marketing within Kimberly Clark and has also held senior marketing positions at Imperial Tobacco and Diageo.

McCullough commented: "I have joined First Drinks at an exciting time for the business. We are in great shape and have a fantastic portfolio of iconic brands. I'm looking forward to working with an exceptional team who have a real passion for building these brands."

Chris Mason, managing director of First Drinks, added: "We are delighted to have appointed Una on a permanent basis. Una has already made a significant contribution in her short time with First Drinks and I have no doubt she'll play a key role in helping to drive the business and our brands onto further success in the coming years."

McCullough replaces Katie Rawll, who was recently promoted to the role of global brand director for Glenfiddich Scotch whisky within William Grant & Sons.
