24th July 2008, 12:45pm

Bakers from all over the country are set to go head to head to demonstrate their skills at this year’s OOH Live exhibition which will be kicking off from 9-10 November at Earls Court, London.

The show, aimed at bakers, sandwich bars, coffee shops, deli bars, pubs and restaurants, will also see over 120 exhibitors showcasing their latest in must-have equipment, services, and food and drink products.

Other highlights of the exhibition will include educational seminars covering topics such as successful marketing and profit making initiatives, along with the latest trends in the market such as the increase in demand for ethical and sustainable products.

Bako UK, a supplier to the bakery, sandwich bar and beverage industries, will be holding its 2008 exhibition at the show, as well as Kff Ltd, a food service supplier in the South east of England.

Entrance to the show is free of charge. Visitors can register online at www.oohlive.co.uk.
