More than 600 individual suppliers have already signed up to exhibit at this year's Food & Drink Expo show.

Companies from all over the UK and from more than 25 other countries will be offering thousands of products and services across a range of food and beverage categories at the event, which runs from 21 to 24 March 2010 at the NEC in Birmingham.

Highlights of the event include the Foodservice Area, where suppliers dedicated to the foodservice market will be displaying hundreds of sector-specific products, as well as the Chefs Live demonstration theatre.

Elsewhere, visitors from the foodservice sector will be able to browse thousands of speciality food and drink products in regional pavilions in the Regional & Speciality Area, with exhibitors including Heart of England Fine Foods, Taste of the West, Tastes of Anglia, Deliciouslyorkshire, Food Northwest and North East England Food & Drink Group.

Jack Halliday, group sales manager for Food & Drink Expo, commented: "Food & Drink Expo enables foodservice buyers to meet and negotiate with hundreds of suppliers all in one place. Visitors will be able to do a year's product sourcing all in one day at the UK's most vibrant food and drink trade show, while at the same time picking up new ideas from experts to help them move their own businesses forward."
