Peter toasts new role at heb

Peter Noble has joined heb Nottingham chartered surveyors to form a new specialist department concentrating on all aspects of the pub market.

Peter, joins heb from Scottish & Newcastle Pub Enterprises where he spent two and a half years as the estates surveyor, dealing all aspects of estate management within the company's Midlands estate.
 
Peter will be responsible for growing the public house department at heb particularly through disposal and acquisition work while also providing lease renewal, rent review and rating advice.
 
Many of the disposal instructions will provide both commercial and residential property developers the opportunity to acquire sites from heb that are ripe for redevelopment.
                     
Peter said: "I am delighted to be part of the heb team. I saw this as a great opportunity to continue my involvement in the licensed sector whilst being a part of hugely successful and dynamic property practice. "
 
Partner Jonathan Emmerson said: "heb has worked closely with pub companies such as Scottish & Newcastle over the last two years and have disposed of close to £4million worth of property in the last nine months alone. Peter's experience is this niche market will be invaluable in expanding our client base within this sector and we are very much looking forward to his involvement within the practice."
