The company won the accolade at a ceremony attended by more than 250 Scottish business hospitality leaders at the Prestonfield House Hotel in Edinburgh.
Ian Burke of Caterer.com, which runs the awards, said: "These new awards are a celebration of the top employers in the industry and there is a factor that makes them even more prestigious: the judges are the people that know the employers best – their employees."
Austin Tilsley, Prestige Scotland regional director manager, added: "Prestige Scotland has invested a lot of time and effort to improve the quality of our staff through Prestige People, and this award confirms the fact that it is delivering results."
Earlier this month, Prestige Scotland also won two major awards at the Scottish Event Awards: Best Hospitality Event for its running of the catering operation at The Open, and Best Unusual venue for the Gateway building at the Royal Botanic Garden Edinburgh.
The awards were presented at a ceremony on Tuesday (September 28).
