The event gave the corporate clients the opportunity to meet some of the company's food and drink suppliers and taste their produce.
During the event, around 100 guests got to choose from a "mouthwatering sample" of fresh Scottish seafood, meats, cheeses and beers - and to chat to the suppliers who included Taste of Arran, ML Seafood and Fresh Direct.
Guests also got to sample the herbs and vegetables that are used by Prestige Scotland in its menus at The Gateway Restaurant on site, which recently picked up the crown for Scotland's Best Unusual Venue at the Scottish Event Awards. The ingredients sampled included spearmint, red chard, greengages and fennel seeds that were all freshly picked from the Royal Botanic Gardens Edinburgh.
Food service manager at Scotland Food and Drink, Fiona Richmond, who attended the event said: "Prestige Scotland continues to lead the way in championing the nation's superb natural larder by featuring so many excellent Scottish food and drink producers throughout its prestigious portfolio of venues.
"We thank them for playing such a key role in helping to grow the food and drink industry in Scotland and strengthening the country's reputation as a land of food and drink."
And Prestige Scotland regional director, Austin Tilsley added: "Scottish Food and Drink Fortnight was the ideal opportunity for us to let our corporate and venue clients meet the suppliers we use, taste the quality of their produce and understand how together we are supporting local businesses in Scotland.
"It was a great opportunity to showcase this magnificent produce and to demonstrate our commitment to Scotland's food and drink industry."
