

The owner/chef and general manager of the award-winning restaurant will visit the school tomorrow (Wednesday 7th July).
During the day four classes of ten year eight pupils will be taught how to prepare and cook a meal of chicken korma, vegetable curry and pilau rice.
The school approached the restaurant after two of the schools' teachers attended the Prince of India's cookery courses, which it holds in its kitchens on week days afternoons.
Groups of up to five people receive hour-long lessons where they learn how to reproduce their favourite Bangladeshi meals for two, which they can eat in the restaurant or take away.
Owner/chef Raj Abdin said: "Authentic Indian cooking is not just about sourcing the right ingredients, bunging them in a pan, then hoping for the best. We teach people the art of preparing an authentic base, when to add which spices and skills such as how to caramelise vegetables and chillies."
