The Robinson College in Cambridge has been voted the best in the city for providing high quality student food.

According to a survey, Robinson College food scored 4.26 out of a total of 5. Students commented: "The food is fantastic, with a varied menu and proper quantities." Overall 35% of Robinson students described the food as "delicious" and 57.5% said it was "good."

The dedication of the entire catering team was highlighted and The Chef's Specials were singled out for commendation.

Nick Milne, conference & catering manager at Robinson, said he was thrilled by the results of the survey: "It is great news that the efforts of all our kitchen brigade have been recognised in this way. We all work hard to create and serve interesting and healthy food which is obviously appreciated. Receiving this accolade from our 'customers' means a great deal and we will continue to serve food that clearly goes down well!"
