The contract, worth an estimated £50 million over the decade, marks the first time that The Rose Bowl has outsourced its foodservice provision.
Following a contested tender, Compass will provide catering and hospitality to the 25,000 capacity new stadium on match days. On non-match days, Compass will provide catering, hospitality and banqueting for corporate events and private parties.
Compass is already on site, preparing for the transformation of the site when building work gets under way in just a few weeks' time.
Matthew Thompson, managing director, Sport, Leisure and Hospitality, Compass Group UK & Ireland, said: "This is a very exciting time for the Rose Bowl and the extensive redesign provides a rare opportunity to modernise and innovate, competing with some of the top stadia around the world.
"Compass Group UK & Ireland is delighted to be the chosen catering partner for the Rose Bowl at this important juncture and hope that our broad and deep experience in the sports stadia industry will help to making the Rose Bowl a world class sports and events venue."
