Guests, including top chef Cyrus Todiwala, enjoyed a summer seafood feast in the stunning historical venue. The evening was a great success raising just over £9,000 for the charity.
Following a sun-filled Champagne reception on the livery hall's terrace overlooking the River Thames, chef Steve Pini and his team created a four-course masterpiece including scallops, lobster and salmon.
There was entertainment in the form of a lively auction with exclusive lots of an overnight stay at the five star Connaught, London and tickets to see nine-time Grammy award winner Natalie Cole perform at the Park Plaza Westminster. Stefano Frigerio of Frenchbubbles was the lucky winner of the raffle, walking away with a £100 Red Letter Day experience.
This was Hospitality Action's first fundraising dinner at Fishmongers' Hall. Hospitality Action CEO Penny Moore said: "This was the perfect way to celebrate the summer whilst raising money for the charity. The £9,000 raised is just fantastic and I would like to thank everyone who made this possible."
