

Sodexo Prestige will provide catering at all events within the grade A listed building, which has an annual catering revenue of £500,000.
The multi-purpose venue can host a variety of events such as dinners, concerts, weddings, conferences, exhibitions, product launches and corporate events. As part of the agreement, Sodexo Prestige will also support the sales and marketing activities of the Corn Exchange and jointly promote the venue to the corporate and private markets.
Austin Tilsley, Sodexo Prestige regional director in Scotland, said: "The team is delighted to have secured this exclusive parnership with the Edinburgh Corn Exchange. We have worked at the venue for a number of years and we look forward to assisting the Corn Exchange team to further develop their business and position this superb venue as one of the leading event venues not just in Edinburgh, but in Scotland."

The Corn Exchange was voted Scotland's Best Large venue at the 2011 Scottish Event Awards.
