The team received specialist training from Wan Mak, head of nutrition and dietetics, Sodexo UK and Ireland. During their course they explored the principles of healthy eating, considered the needs of a variety of individuals and used food and nutrition information to plan a healthy diet.
Mak said: "Full credit to our Champions. Their success is down to their hard work and self-motivation. They now have the knowledge and tools to understand more about nutrition. Healthwise is part of the Sodexo sustainability strategy 'Better Tomorrow Plan'.
