London's Olympia Exhibition Centre will see thousands of buyers, top chefs, deli-owners, distributors and food writers for the Speciality & Fine Food Fair from the 2nd-4th September.
Following on from the success of the event in Edinburgh and Harrogate earlier this year, the food fair offers visitors the atmosphere farmers market.
Event Director, Paul MacDonald explained more about the fair: "This show is a 'must visit' for everyone who produces, supplies and purchases fine foods. Every year there is something new to see and fresh flavours to experience."
In addition to local producers displaying the best of British produce, exhibitions from France, Spain, Belgium, Argentina, America and Greece will be included.
The winners of the Great Taste Awards will also be unveiled for the best quality food and drink.
A Fine Food Forum teaches visitors how to identify the best in food and drink. Practical business advice will also be on offer, free of charge.
Paul MacDonald added: "The fair captures the passion and excitement of a sector that is very much in the public eye right now. If you are serious about the fine food business, you should be there."
