Event Director, Paul MacDonald explained more about the fair: "This show is a 'must visit' for everyone who produces, supplies and purchases fine foods. Every year there is something new to see and fresh flavours to experience."

In addition to local producers displaying the best of British produce, exhibitions from France, Spain, Belgium, Argentina, America and Greece will be included.

The winners of the Great Taste Awards will also be unveiled for the best quality food and drink.

A Fine Food Forum teaches visitors how to identify the best in food and drink. Practical business advice will also be on offer, free of charge.
