The three categories for the awards are promoting Careers; Attracting people; and Best Employment Practice. Individuals, teams or partnerships with relevant initiatives that have achieved high quality results over the last year can make nominations.
Each award entry will have to meet specific set criteria, depending on the award, and a short-list from each of the three categories will be drawn up and entries judged by a small panel chaired by a Springboard UK director.
Anne Pierce, Springboard chief executive, commented on the importance of these awards for the future: "In the present climate every company will need to strive these same standards of merit. By highlighting the very best with our awards we hope to raise the bar on recruitment and retention."
