Students to compete in Nestle Toque final

1st February 2008, 10:13am

Six teams of catering students have been chosen to battle it out in this year’s Nestle Toque d’Or competition – now in its 20th year running.

Each team will take over the kitchens of La Parade des Chefs alive each afternoon at Hotelympia, which kicks off next month.

Judges will be looking for students to bring together the ingredients of foodservice skills, imagination, creativity and good teamwork.

Four finalists will be chosen to compete in the Grand Final later in the year.
