

Held at Ettington Chase Conference Centre near Stratford-upon-Avon, this year's event includes sessions on issues including flavour and texture; food ethics; emerging challenges; consumer pressures; fat-related issues; and technology, with speakers from industry, related organisations and academia.
Rosemary Hignett, head of nutrition at the Food Standards Agency, will give the keynote speech on the FSA's priorities and positioning of industry challenges.
Other speakers include Lord Peter Melchett of the Soil Association; Professor Tom Sanders of Kings College London; and Jane Barrett, Head of Social Science Research at the Food Standards Agency.
An exhibition will also run throughout the event, comprising a showcase of companies' products and presentation of the latest academic research.
