The dishes will be available in Table Table pub restaurants across the UK in time for National Vegetarian Week 23-29 May 2011.
Nicola Garnish, development chef at Table Table said: "We have been working hard to develop a range of dishes suitable for vegetarians and accredited by the Vegetarian Society. By working closely with our suppliers we have created some fantastic new mouth watering dishes which will be available at your local Table Table restaurant from 19 April."
Vanessa Brown, head of corporate relations at the Vegetarian Society, added: "Table Table is sending a really positive message out to their veggie customers by choosing to have their new vegetarian dishes approved by the Vegetarian Society. Veggie consumers trust the Vegetarian Society Approved logo and I'm sure vegetarians and non-veggies will welcome these new dishes."
Some of the new dishes on offer include whole wheat pasta with pesto, spring vegetable risotto, spinach & ricotta cannelloni, stilton, shallot & toasted walnut tart and a pear & walnut salad with blacksticks blue cheese.
There will also be a range of monthly British specials - British asparagus with free range hollandaise sauce, asparagus tart served with tomato confit and for dessert, Dorset clotted cream rice pudding.
