Tetley launches online shop for caterers

Tetley has launched an online shop to give caterers the opportunity to create their own “bespoke” case of teas.

The new shop, which can be found at www.tetleyforcaterers.co.uk allows caterers to mix and match packs of 25 tea bags, from the complete selection of Tetley's drawstring envelope range of speciality teas.

Each case will need to consist of six boxes of 25 tea bags and will cost £12.50 including postage and packaging with a minimum order of just one case.

In addition to the mix and match packs, caterers can also use the shop to buy other Tetley products such as Tetley on the Go, Tetley Handy Pack and new Tetley Soya.

Peter Haigh, brand development manager at Tetley, said: "Many smaller caterers want to trial speciality tea to gauge what flavours will be most popular with their customers.  By selling online it means that Tetley can now mix and match a case to the requirement of the customer.

"It doesn't matter whether they want 3x decaf, 2x green tea and 1x Redbush, or 6 completely different flavours, the shop offers caterers the facility to make their own bespoken case."
