Little Chef, which has been going for over 50 years, has 173 roadside restaurants across the UK, situated on most major UK A-roads and many motorways from Scotland right down as far as Cornwall.
Chief executive of The European Safety Bureau, Derek Gardner, commented on the new addition: "Following an intensive and rigorous tendering process, we are delighted to have been selected by Little Chef to review all of their Food Safety and Health & Safety policies and procedures.
"Little Chef's aim is simple: to serve freshly prepared, quality food and we are proud to be supporting them in this by the application of our technical skill, practical advice and up-to-the-minute knowledge of industry legislation, compliance and 'best practice'."
Gardner added: "Little Chef have shown themselves to be a forward-thinking company with the highest of standards. We are thrilled that, by choosing us as their specialist Food Safety and Health & Safety consultants, our professionalism and expertise have been acknowledged by such a high-flying and successful team."
