Clare Haskell joins as senior consultant for The Bureau, based in York, which is described as a leading independently owned Food Safety and Health & Safety Consultancy.

Haskell will be undertaking a major client liaison role, supporting clients throughout the north with the bureau's auditing, CIEH-accredited training, food safety and health & safety advice services.

Haskell's previous experience includes her role as a sensory technician for Nestle UK in Croydon where she was responsible for organising, recruiting and running taste panels. She also played an intermediary role between the marketing and quality control departments.

Following her time at Nestle UK, Haskell attained an MSc in Environmental Health at The University of the West of England and qualified as an environmental health practitioner in 2004.

The appointment of Haskell follows a series of new, high profile contracts by The European Safety Bureau including Odeon Cinemas, BSkyB, Little Chef and Sodexo.
