The Findus Group appoints chief personnel officer

The Findus group has appointed Jan Woods as chief personnel officer.

In her current role as chief personnel officer for PepsiCo UK and Ireland, Woods leads and supports a large UK and Ireland team, and is also accountable for HR leadership for Europe Sector Research & Development, as well as the UK Region.

She has held a number of international HR and commercial roles at PepsiCo since she joined the company in 1993, including head of HR for the Asia Pacific Business Unit in the Asia Region, where she led the PepsiCo International integration process across multiple geographies, diverse business models and cultures.

Woods will join Findus Group on Monday 7th June and will be reporting to Chris Britton, the chief executive officer.

Britton said: "I am delighted to welcome Jan Woods to Findus Group as Chief Personnel Officer. Her experience of large, international FMCG businesses will be invaluable to us as we implement our ambitious plans for the future."

The Findus Group is one of Europe's largest food groups, specialising in branded frozen food and own label chilled and frozen seafood. The group has more than 6,000 employees across five markets.
