Three key promotions at Elior

Contract caterer Elior has promoted three key personnel within the business to ensure continued profitable growth.

Catherine Roe will become the managing director of contracts. Roe brings years of experience to the role, and will lead a senior team in order to drive the business forward.

Adam Elliott has been promoted to managing director of Concessions. He has more than 25 years' experience in the hospitality industry.

And Charlotte Davies has become director of Corporate Communications and Corporate Responsibility (CR). Davies has employed the services of industry communications experts William Murray to support her in her new role.

Michael Audis, who announced the promotions, commented: "I am delighted to announce the promotion of these exceptional employees. I believe this new structure will strongly position Elior for growth and I wish every success to Catherine, Adam and Charlotte in their new roles."
