Cooks have until the 1 December to enter this year's Tilda Chef of the Year competition, taking place at the Hotelympia event.

The contest, in association with the Craft Guild of Chefs, is challenging chefs to prepare, cook and present three portions each of a main course dish and dessert, using rice from the Tilda range.

The winner will receive two nights on a bed & breakfast basis, including dinner and a bottle of wine on one night, for two people, staying in a Marriott Hotel of their choice.

The Hotelympia event will be taking place from 28 February to 4 March 2010 at London's ExCel. For more information visit www.hotelympia.com
