The chef, who also has coeliac disease, said: "I can't wait to get started. I used a Glutafin product when developing my winning recipe for the 'Gluten Free Chef of the Year' competition, and know how much people rely on the Glutafin products they receive on prescription.
"With one in 100 people now known to have coeliac disease in the UK, it's really important to me to be able to offer advice on how people with the condition can increase the choice and quality of the food they eat.
"As a coeliac myself, I know how hard it can be for people who can't eat gluten or wheat to eat out or create interesting and varied recipes at home. But it really doesn't have to be difficult, and with a bit of help and encouragement coeliacs can eat just as well as those people who enjoy mainstream foods – if not better!"
McCamley is also currently setting up his own cookery school, which will also include Glutafin products, to help people with coeliac disease to develop their cooking skills and learn new recipes.
Kath Alexander, healthcare marketing Manager at Nutrition Point, added: "It's so exciting for us to be able to work with Michael. He's an incredibly talented chef who shares our passion for increasing the choice and quality of food available for coeliacs to enjoy.
"We're looking forward to working with him in the coming year and hope that Glutafin consumers will enjoy meeting him at one of our events. I'm sure they'll learn lots of great tips from him which will help them with their cooking at home – I already have!"
