UNIQUE NEW RANGE OF GLASS AND DISHWASHERS

2nd May 2008, 4:48pm

Replacing the popular Project S-Series machines, the new UNICA range of warewashing machines features unique patented design at its core.

The cornerstone of this new range is the exceptional new innovative wash tank design. Thanks to a revolutionary production system the wash tank is manufactured from a single sheet of stainless steel. The leading benefit of this is the rounded interior corners, making cleaning the inside of the machine easier, and making the overall wash more hygienic.

With increasing importance across the hospitality industry being placed on hand hygiene, the UNICA range also features a completely pressed door handle, reducing the number of small recesses that can conceal harmful bacteria, and helping the end user to meet their duty of care.

A new wash pump design also leads to savings, both economically and environmentally. Reduced power consumptions means reduced costs, and helps to fulfil today's greener requirements.

A premium range of 'clean-water' machines uses fresh water on every cycle. This system has been conceived in order to assure perfect hygiene of glasses and dishes, whilst avoiding waste and added costs by using a limited amount of water on each cycle.

The UNICA range provides an optimum performance, and with a full range of glass and dishwashers (350mm, 400mm and 500mm), all including drain pumps as standard, there is UNICA machine to suit any bar or kitchen.
