Specialist London catering company, Vacherin, has appointed Stuart Williams as Group Catering Manager for EMI Music.

Stuart, who has 10 years of experience in the catering industry and commercial sector, was most recently General Manager at Zest Caterer's flagship contract at International Power in central London.

Stuart's new role involves managing three catering contracts for EMI Music at High Street Kensington, Hammersmith and the iconic Abbey Road Studios.

Stuart says: "I began my career as a chef and I am very passionate about quality food and produce, which compliments Vacherin's 'Tastier, Brighter, Stronger' ethos. I have always wanted to work for a company with strong principals and a focus on providing a top class service so I am delighted to become part of the Vacherin team.

My main aim is to continue to improve the offering at EMI's staff restaurant as well as to create exciting and unique cuisine for events held at Abbey Road Studios."

Vacherin Commercial Director, Phil Roker, says: "I am thrilled to welcome Stuart to the company. He has a great understanding of current food trends and the commercial market as well as fantastic leadership skills. I am sure he will be a valuable addition to the team."

Stuart lives in Ashford, Middlesex and enjoys cooking, traveling and sport in his spare time.
