18th February 2010, 8:26am

The young chefs and hospitality students at Westminster Kingsway College in central London are gearing up for Hotelympia, one of the biggest culinary competitions of the year.

Highlights of the show include the Culinary Arts competition team from the college who will be participating in the Salon Culinaire International de Londres which will take place during the five days of the event (28th Feb-4th March), at London's ExCeL.

The competitions in the Salon Culinaire range from the creativity in the junior and senior categories of the Salon Display through to the high pressures of cooking in the Live Theatre.

Westminster Kingsway College will also have a stand at Hotelympia so visitors to the event can find out more information about the excellent hospitality training that the College provides for the industry.
