Winners of the Cost Sector Catering Awards revealed

17th April 2009, 11:49am

The Meals on Wheels Service was last night awarded top prize at the annual Cost Sector Catering Awards after its efforts to feed people during the big freeze.

Over 800 guests attended the awards ceremony held at London's Hilton Metropole, which saw the catering industry's finest companies and representatives recognised for their hard work.

Chairman of Dewberry Redpoint, Cost Sector Catering magazine's publishers, Alan Dewberry described how all the nominees and winners should be proud of their achievements: "The Cost Sector Catering Awards are the pivotal point of the foodservice calendar. There's simply no other arena that offers foodservice caterers the chance to be judged by their peers and come through to win industry-wide recognition as the best."
