Open to organisations of all sizes from all sectors across the UK, the National Business Awards in partnership with Orange place particular emphasis on excellence, innovation and ethical business.
This year's launch of a range of range of soft and puréed meals has secured apetito a finalist place in the Orange Innovation Award category.
In addition to this, apetito's continued dedication to meeting the needs of their healthcare, care home and community meals customers, has earned the company a place as a finalist for the Blackberry Customer Focus Award, for the second consecutive year.
Paul Freeston, UK chef executive apetito Ltd commented: "Being shortlisted in not one, but two categories is real recognition of apetito's successes and a testament to our employees' commitment to putting the customer at the heart everything they do, from meal development to customer service.
"This announcement comes hot in the heels of our recent successes at the Cateys and Craft Guild of Chefs awards, so it's exciting times here at apetito!"
Winners of the 2010 National Business awards will be announced at an awards ceremony on 9th November, at the Grosvenor House Hotel, London.
apetito supplies meals and services to the healthcare, care home and community meal markets.
