arena21 signs deals with Sony and ICG

arena21, a hospitality front-of-house outsourcing and training specialist, has secured contracts with international organisations Sony Music Entertainment and finance company ICG plc.

Across the contracts, arena21 will be responsible for a range of front of house services including reception, meeting room management and helpdesk & switchboard services.

The company will be responsible for every aspect of the teams' recruitment and management, including the provision of cross-trained cover by permanent arena21 Network Team Members.

Managing director Martin Whitten has confirmed that each contract is for an extended period and of significant value: "Businesses are increasingly recognising the value in outsourcing their front of house to achieve the most dynamic image for their organisation. arena21 is becomingly increasingly recognised for providing an exceptional service, in part as a result of our unique emphasis on training and development."

Sony Music's Facilities Director said, "I have been particularly pleased with arena21's flexible and innovative approach.
