The Cost Sector Catering Awards provide the highlight of the foodservice and catering calendar. There’s simply no other arena that offers the people who work in it the chance to be judged by their peers and come through to win industry-wide recognition as the best.

The Source & Taste of the West trade show affords trade buyers a opportunity to taste and order the latest food and drink from 200 quality producers.
Organisers Hale Events are busy planning the 2012 show and the Craft Guild of Chefs is working closely with them to ensure a lively and interesting mix of demonstrations in the Intoto Cookery Theatre.
Craft Guild representative and chef consultant Lee Maycock, who took part at the 2011 show, plans to attend the show to demonstrate how game can be used creatively in menus.
