Abstract
Education caterer HCL, formerly known as Hertfordshire Catering Ltd, has encouraged school caterers to ‘embrace the rainbow’ by serving children a wide variety of fruit and vegetables.
Rainbow of fruit and vegetables:
- Red: strawberries and tomatoes
- Orange: carrots and oranges
- Yellow: banana and pineapple
- Green: spinach and avocado
- Blue: blueberries and grapes
- Puprle: eggplant and berries
